Blind and vision impaired
The Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind (RNZFB) offers a number of services for people as they adjust to their loss of sight. These services include mobility and employment related skills, all of which are important in keeping a person in work.
Please feel free to either contact the Foundation or get your employee to contact the Foundation. The best outcome is achieved by line managers working with the employee and the Foundation of the Blind.
